There are distribution centers and warehouses across Europe and in the USA.
Note that orders containing more than one item are given a processing time according to the particular item.
Before shipping Our team will conduct an exhaustive inspection of the products you ordered. The majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. The expected delivery time is between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
The stock is dynamic and we are unable to control it completely because multiple stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. Stocks are subject to change at any time. It is possible that the inventory could run out once your order has been processed.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If you have passed 30 days in the past since you purchased, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
For your item to be returned the item must not be opened and in the same condition as when you received it in. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
