In 1997, when Jefferson’s was first starting out, we found a 15-year-old bourbon that we immediately knew was rich, complex and needed to be brought to market. It was in 2003 that we decided to bring in other bourbons to marry with the original Jefferson’s Reserve. Similar to Jefferson’s, we still use over 50% of that mash bill and add up to 3 more bourbons to create more flavor and complexities. Jefferson’s Reserve is a big, sophisticated bourbon that has a lot of flavor up front, a lot of weight mid palate and a deep, wonderful finish.

Our warehouse staff is highly trained to pack your goods precisely according to the specifications we offer. Before shipment, all items are thoroughly inspected and safely secured. Everyday we deliver hundreds of packages to our customers across many countries. Our determination to be the largest online retailer worldwide is demonstrated by this. There are distribution centers and warehouses across Europe and in the USA.
Note that orders containing more than one item are given a processing time according to the particular item.
Before shipping Our team will conduct an exhaustive inspection of the products you ordered. The majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. The expected delivery time is between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
The stock is dynamic and we are unable to control it completely because multiple stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. Stocks are subject to change at any time. It is possible that the inventory could run out once your order has been processed.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If you have passed 30 days in the past since you purchased, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
For your item to be returned the item must not be opened and in the same condition as when you received it in. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
